Boxes for the Heart Foundation

Image via WikipediaAt last, we've got round to sorting out our garage. Since we moved into the house last year for a number of reasons we've been a little too lax in getting rid of our surplus stuff. Well, finally, it's all in boxes - over 20 of them - and tonight will be on its way to the Heart Foundation......... Thank goodness for that. I'll have my garage back and plans for a Workshop studio can proceed.

Bloody results....sorry.....Blood results today

Saw the Dr this morning and had my blood results:

• General Fine
• Kidney Fine
• PH Fine
• Liver Fine
• Blood Pressure Fine
• Sugar levels a little high at 6.4
• Cholestorol a little high at 6.1

So relief all round..........Another review in March 2010!!!!!   Phew!!!!!!
